My wife and I were legally separated. She walks into a Wells Fargo branch give her drivers license, and asks for the last 2 years of statements of my personal account. They immediately start printing them out for her. We have a a joint checking, a joint savings, a couple of credit cards, along with a second on our house. But my personal Checking is authorized by me and me only. Yet they gladly hand them over without seeing who is authorized on the account. She then uses them in divorce court and submits them to the judge. Wells Fargo was never supeonaed. Do I have grounds for a law suit? read full review »
