I have been trying to open an account with Incredible Connection. After struggling to print the forms off there website, i finally got them filled in and faxed them to the number supplied on the form, Called the call center to find out if they recieved them, only to be told that the fax line is broken and I must refax my application to an 086 number given to me by the person in the call center, I was also told to call back in 24-48 hours to find out if they have recieved my documents.
