I have a contract with Virgin Mobile, very good service with the phone and the spares, but seems that they are slacking. They suspended my line because I did not pay them, that's fine. So I payed them more than double what I should. It's been nearly two weeks after I payed them. My line is still suspended, I don't know what is the problem, I get no response from them, not via e-mail, they keep cutting the line when I phone them.
