I purchased a calling plan to Nepal from US from talktonepal.com. In the beginning, they were offering a handsome call tariff of some 5.9 cents per minute to Kathmandu landlines. I was the user who used about 100 minutes of landline calls everyday to Kathmandu, and it was for about 1 month already.
