This service isn't a Great Expectation, as it tries to sell you their polished, professional services for a high ticket price; however, the price "miraculously" becomes lower after you decline their services, until they can offer you a deal that you shouldn't refuse! Only to falsely promise a website that is short of being useful for the "costly" services that they provide.
