I purchased a new Bosch French Door refrigerator from the store off Eisenhower in Ann Arbor, Mi. The purchasing experience was ok and we got a good price on a brand new Bosch French door refrigerator...but as soon as it was delivered was when the nightmare started. They delivered the fridge on time but the delivery people did not put the handles or level the fridge like was stated in the delivery booklet from our salesmen.
