I received two phone calls back-to-back from a 916-395-0000#, of course its a unknown # so i didn't answer. and also i have mr.number caller id installed on my phone and it came up as a suspected telemarketer. anyway they called me at work and said that i was being sued. he said i owed us cash advance 482 and if i didn't pay it would end up being 5000 after court. he knew my address my social and my bank info so i thought it was legit. but then he began to read me the affidavit.
