If anyone has had an encounter or has made a purchase with Monique Michelle Matthews (aka Mona, Jessica, Joanie, Nikki) please CONTACT the MONROVIA POLICE DEPARTMENT immediately. There are numerous complaints filed against her and her family who own the Pet's Delight pet store. This family runs quite the scam and needs to be put to a stop.
