Do not touch these guys. They wasted 2 days first telling me there was a problem at my end, and to check Paypal/bank. Then admitting it was their problem, and asking me to cancel and resubmit. That bit is the same as your other reviewer but it gets worse !! Then finally I get a call from 1am from a barely audible Indian callcentre asking me for my passport...no, really... Would you send a goldseller your passport - seriously ! When I refused the muppets then deleted my account for policy violation. Too late to sort everything out, I lost... read full review »
