Took my 12 yr old daughter to the Camera Expo to look at video cameras. At the Sony stand she liked the DCR-SX40 which was also in her price range. I was told that if I bought it before the Friday I would get the show price of R3499. I then took her to the Melrose Arch branch where she bought the camera. At home she took some video and tried to download to our Apple Mac. It was then that we discovered the camera was not compatible.
