I Hired a car from Europcar at the Toulouse airport in July for 21 days. I specifically stated that I DID NOT require to pay for CDW. I gave them my credit card details so that they could charge me for any damage to the car. When I returned the car, in perfect order, yes, they inspected it very closely. I was in formed that there was 346.60 Euros to pay!! The car had been pre paid for so I asked what the chatges were for. Apparently, according to Europcar, I had opted to take their SERENITY PACK!!
