Do not depend upon BEST BUY for follow through on deliveries or any promises in that regard. They are unreliable, disinterested, uninvolved, deceitful. Sales assistants are pleasant enough but hardly professional and basically, ineffectual. You may wait for up to and even more than, 5 days for a promised delivery, each day another missed appointment. Installations are not synchronized with deliveries. More headaches.
