I ordered an unlocked phone, turned out to be a knock-off Nokia. Within the 14 day stated in their return policy the phone was sent back to cellphoneshop.net and they received it. After consistantly hounding me with emails about why I returned the product and if I would prefer store credit, they finnaly came out and stated in an email, that it would take 2-3 weeks for my retrun and refund to process!
