We go to Wendy's quite often, but you had better take a COAT it is FREEZING in the eating area. It also takes forever to get your food. They are so SLOW!!! One lady complained on Sunday night, and she was told, "the workers in the back, got hot, so we had to turn the ac to help cool off the back. The people in the lobby are the ones who pay their salaries, and they are COLD!! Alot of our friends had also state that they go thru the drive-thru, so it won't take so long to get their food, then come in and eat!! Please do something!!!
