i bought a book from 3stepsadd in april, 2009 & paid $35.98 for it . i did not authorize or enter into a membership. in August of 2010 my wife asked me abouT a monthly charge on my credit card statement FOR $19.00 TO 3STEPSADD. AFTER CHECKING back there have been a total of sixteen monthly payments for $19.00 dollars each for a total of $304.00 dollars for which i have received nothing. i have called several times and have not received a reply. now what ????? read full review »
