I purchased a cash card on July 21 and placed $500.00 on my card. I was NEVER given a receipt or an activation number. I have been tyo the walmart 4 times now and they are still unable to bring up my receipt like ive been told could happen. I need the money and cant even get a refund for it with out the activation code. What do I do now> read full review »
