I have recently discovered that i have serious neck and back problems and i am currently undergoing treatment at a chiropractor. this is the reason why i cannot attend the gym anymore. i cannot pay for another 3 years when i cannot use the service. i phoned the moffet on main branch and was told that i have to finish my my contract. i feel that with a letter from my chiropractor that should be enough. it is not my fault and was definitely not planned that i would have to do this. i thoroughly enjoy planet fitness and would love to join again once i am able to. read full review »
