The company has illegal processes set in place. I filled out a form and without additional notice of charges, I received an email stating that I had been charged $159. I immediately contacted the company, the only way it allows anyone to, via chat, and asked for a refund. I never used the service, I didn't wait a day or even an hour. The woman via chat told me that I should have better read the screen about the charges and that they don't normally give refunds, but that if I filled out a form it would be considered.
