I make a transfer from my bank to Capital One to pay on a loan I took out from Hibernia who Capital One took over. They continously hold my deposit until my payment date is missed and then charge me an overdraft fee of $39.00. I closed out my Capital One credit cards 3 years ago because of shady fees and charges.
