I have been a customer of Cbeyond for nearly two years, our contract with them is up in November and we will celebrate the day we no longer have to deal with them. The amount of money and customers they have cost us is unbelievable. Their services are terrible at best and their customer service is even worse. When I signed up for their service I was frustrated with AT&T and told I wouldn't have to deal with AT&T ever again.
