My Husband and I tired to use your service to go on a whale watching trip for our one year wedding anniversary. Days before our booked experience we were notified that our experience was going to 1 hour instead of the advertised and PAID for 2 hours and would also not be on the Zodiac Boat with a small group of people as described and paid extra to receive.
