This company sucks. They sold an Ebay daily deal in which they listed the item wrong. I purchased a Haan vacuum & steamer floor sanitizer system from this company and when it arrived I immediately used it. When I went to do my carpets there was no attachment for carpets or the brush roll/carpet agitator that was supposed to be included according to the auction listing.
