Amerisave is a very bad company. Beware! They tried to change the interest rate intially quoted, had terrible customer service and ultimately did not come thru with the refinance. I have a perfert credit score and credit history, have neve had an issue with over a dozen mortages/refi's until trying to deal with Amerisave. If I would not have put the credit report fee and home appraisal fee on my American Express and gone thru BBB to recover the fees I would have been our these monies.
