I wish I had found this site before I purchased this thing! My first MagicJack was fried when we had a lightening storm. I sucked it up and paid for the shipping on a second one. One month later, the magicJack failed again. I went to customer support, talked to three different agents, two of them "top 10% rating" (whatever THAT means!) and did the exact same stuff that the first "agent" walked me through.
