I talked with Cindy and Phillip they booked a reservation and then didn't have the truck available for the date discussed. I cancelled the reservation. And I told them not to charge my credit card. I was assured they would not charge my credit card, they in fact immediatley charged my credit card as soon as i hung up the phone, and they charged it for a truck that I never rented.
