I also received a call about three weeks ago from a lady from Virgin, saying that I qualify for the phone and 1000 free sms, and so forth, and that first payment will only be 1 September 2009. I was quite excited and went onto the internet to see what the phone looks like, and was really happy to receive my phone within 7 days. It has now been three weeks and I still have not received my phone.
