On Friday 28082009 at around 1pm water starts erupting for underneath the ELECTRICITY METER. I immediately call JHB Water and receive a reference number 3538745 and an assurance that due to the gravity of the situation someone will be out shortly. Only after a minor explosion and water shooting 5 mtrs in the air and five frantic calls to JHB Water does a truck arrive at 10.30pm that night. Switch off the water and then leave.
