I tried to cancel my account with Safe Home Security because I feel it's a waste of money since the services do not work most of the time. I was told that we were under a 36 month contract and would be fined over $400 for terminating early. I don't understand why I have to continue to pay for a service for another 2 years that I'm not even receiving. We hardly ever activate the alarm because it constantly goes off in the middle of the night. They have called us on vacation because it has gone off because of a short/faulty wiring that they can't seem to find. It's nothing but thievery! read full review »
