In January 2010 I applied with this company for a mortgage modification. I was promised that they would be able to accomplish this. I paid $1250 to them for this and was promised that if they were unable to perform the modification they would refund my money. Its now August 2010 and I still have no mortgage modification and they refuse to refund my money. This company is obviously a scam! Do not believe any company that promises to modify your mortgage! I can tell you they definitely cannot do it. I have sent all information to the NJ state attorney generals office. Still don't have my refund! read full review »
