Unprofessional...and misleading. Dont be fooled by the FREE SHIPPING. Buried in their terms and conditions is a tiny clause about paying the return shipping (which will run you $30 plus dollars depending on insurance). Is it a scam?...no. But by design this company is not as transparent as it should be compared to reputable e-commerce shops. My advice is to avoid, support your local economy and just go to a reputable jewelry shop for better service and probably lower overall costs. read full review »
