Purchased laminate flooring through them. They subcontracted the installation. After installed, any drops of water that touched the floor have caused large bulging welts in the flooring. I called and called the store with no return phone calls. Finally they sent out a "flooring inspector" who told me I need to install gutters on my roof - huh? Never even received a phone call from the owner or employees, just received a poor quality photocopy of the "flooring inspection report". They were rude to me, unresponsive and I would never recommend their business to anyone, friend or enemy! read full review »
