I sent 6 hybrids to RBG through their trade in program. They claimed only to receive 4. Each club was to bring a $26 gift cert. Although each club was labeled with my name they could not locate them. It's my word against theirs. They did communicate with me, however only to say they can't help. Beware of this program. I'm suspicious. They apparently partner with Dallas Golf on this program and tried to push blame to them. I am a multiple returning customer, they should have done more like give me the $52 credit they promised. read full review »
