Member of the crew at store # 29900 was not wearing gloves while preparing cooked food this consisted of touching poultry dairy and vegitable items while doing this continued to wipe hands on clothing . When I asked the manager about it she said that they were not required to do so. My husband who is a culinary arts major and servsafe certified says this is cross-contamination. because the crew member was wiping hands on clothing while touching food that would not be cooked again. read full review »
