Company advertises on Craiglist and various other sites stating that after a $99.00 charge to do a background check on you, and that once you pass, you will receive leads from both private and bank sources for contractor and handyman jobs. States it takes about 3 days for this check to be completed (long enough for the charge to clear your bank) and then you will start receiving leads.
