I returned the Bark Off product because it did not work on one of my dogs, and freaked out the other. I returned via USPS for a cost of $2.26 (USD). Two weeks later, I received a refund of $10.00 (USD) even though I spent a total of $27.88 (USD). The amount may seem inconsequential to some, but it's just plain thievery that it cost me nearly $20.00 for a substandard product that I returned.
