I used the online payment option. I made two successful and verified payments with this method. I made a third payment which they listed as successful but days later they listed as reversed. I tried to get this situation corrected or explained by means of five phone calls and three letters to their TX address. I have been given the run around in all cases. The letter questions were not only not answered but the responses did not ever address my questions.
