I was a member at 3mobile in 2008 and the agreement between the company and myself was that it was for 12 months only, which meant that i was member from 01.01.2008 until 31.12.2008.On 24.12.2008 i sent 3mobile an email cancelling my membership, the on 29.12.2009 i received confirmation of my cancellation form 3mobile. However, when i checked my December 2008 bank statement, i found that an amount of R150, 00(membership fee) was already withdrawn on 19.12.2008.
