I was working with counselor patrick long, regarding modifying my car loan. the paperwork wasn"t accepted by loan company and truck was repossed.The information and necessary information was given to patrick long that the paperwork was was not accepted. patrick long stated auto freedom will refund money. It has been 2months since I talked to patrick long he has not returned my email or telephone messages. auto freedom guarantees refund less $50.00.
