Madam or Sir: You have been charging $14.95 to my CITI Card for several months. Some time ago I telephoned you to Cancel any charge to me in the past and in the future. It was my belief from talking to you that all charges had been canceled. Yesterday I received my Citi Card statement with huge "Late Fees" because you have continued to make those unauthorized charges.
