I mailed an envelope from Toronto Ontario to Surrey B.C. on Wednesday, August 25 at noon and paid almost $35. so it would be delivered by noon the next day. According to the tracking code it was still in Ontario at noon the next day, and did not arrive in B.C. until Friday morning. At that point it was sent out for delivery from the Surrey Post Office to a Surrey address. It is now 9:30 p.m. on Friday and it still has not arrived at the address.
