I used Citifinancial for an auto loan which I have always made my onthly payments early and for more then the amount due. Never have I been late nor have I missed any payments. When I called to discuss possibly reducing my interest or refinancing for that purpose they thanked me for my excellent payment history and told me that was not an option. In addition the offered to lower my monthly payments by extending my loan.
