I recently, for the first time, ordered an item from Shop nbc. I decided to return the item, and there wasn't a return label. I had to spend $11.67 and when you add the $7.99 charge for their handling fee, that is $20.00 for an item I didn't want. I should have known better, I usually shop with HSN and they have a fantastic return policy, they supply a return label with all merchandise. With money so tight in my household, shame on me for shopping with shop nbc. Never, never again not happy and will tell my friends. read full review »
