We purschased a Futon for my 17 yr old son mid June, after the first week one of the legs came off. My husband put it back on, then 3 weeks later 2 more legs came off. After dealing with an *** at the store she said it was defected to bring it back, long story they would not take it because of a couple stains. My complaint is the legs wont stay on. They insulted my common sense and refused to take it back, so now I have a $250 addition to my burn pile out back. I called the corporate office who stands by there policy.
