I placed an order with Nature's Flavors on the web in August of 2008. I never received a confirmation from them that they received the order so a week later I placed the order again from memory (slightly different as I couldn't remember exactly what I tried to order the first time). That time I received a confirmation by email. $160 worth of merchandise. It arrived 3 weeks later... slow, slow, and slowest.
