Awhile back I was having some problems with my PC. I purchased this product from PC Tools for $39.95 because it seemed to do what I needed. After purchasing and installing the product it did not do any of what it claimed to do. Now many months later I get an invoice from PC Tools informing me of a subscription renewal. This was never disclosed to me and I was informed of the transaction AFTER the money was taken from my account.
