I made a claim to the Employment Tribunal against former employer company and provided the Tribunal with necessary evidence. During the time when I was collecting additional evidence (that I can provide the Employment Tribunal with them) they close my case and stored it in the archive in the basement along with other cases without informing me of such of decision.
