I have been trying to obtain my credit report from this comapny for a period of time. When I first logged on I was prevented from using the supplied password. I was Locked out. After 5 12 hours of trying to get throught to find out why I was told that they didn't have my updated details. This was immediately faxed to them. I was informed that I would be able to acces my report in 48 Hours. I tried again after the 48 hours and was still logged out.
