I have paid up my account over three months ago but still shows as owing. It shows that I owe R5315 and a monthly installment of R1763. This obviously increases my commitment both overall and monthly by the two amounts and as such affects my ability to access credit. I have been trying to solve this and everytime I get sent a proof of settlement which I cannot use to clear this incorrect information because, as said by the credit bureau, MFC updates this data.
