I called at&t and they kept giving me the run around about a transfer in service. I called 9 times and kept getting transfered so much each time I hung up. They had me on the phone for at least an hour and a half each time. Needles to say I got so frustrated dealing with this company that I just said forget it and cancelled my services. I told all my family and friends and most cancelled services with them. Big companies have no respect for the consumer, although we the consumer make them who they are.
