When I received my seats and opened the cartons I noticed one seat that was defective. I called to an RMA# and was told I couldn't return the seats because I had opened the box. I ask this person (Pam Kaur) on the phone how else could I tell if you shipped me the correct product and that they were not damaged or defective if I didn't open the box and she said sorry but that is company policy.
